I am originally from Jerusalem, Palestine. I moved to the states in 1986. I am a proud mother of five children, 4 boys, and a girl.
I love to cook and travel.
I graduated from college Saint de Terre in Jerusalem. I completed several courses in French, Arabic, and Qaida Noorania.
I have been teaching Arabic Language and Islamic Studies at Huda Academy for 14 years. This year Insha’Allah I will be teaching only Arabic 3rd through 8th grade. With the help of other teachers, we will be doing the practice Hajj and Quran competition. I feel that children are the seeds for the future and each one is unique in his or her own way. I will encourage them to be proud of their Islamic identity, who they are, and to respect other people around them regardless of their differences.
