Philosophy of Education:

I believe that every student can learn and grow beyond their deficits into their full learning potential.
As a teacher, I will challenge my students and push them to excellence by way of group work, individual learning, one on one teacher time, and communicating with parents so they are a part of their students learning success. Students have different learning styles and it is Important for me, as an educator to implement those learning styles within the execution of my curriculum.

It is important to establish a safe and secure space for my students as well as allowing them to be creative and unique within their own rights. I will create a space for the students to have a sense of freedom and purpose. To establish such a calm and inviting space, there must be structure and organization within the atmosphere.

I know that there are several components to developing a well-rounded student. It is very important for me as an educator to develop a special bond with each student. Just as I want each student to be transparent and invite me in their space, I too must allow for transparency and invite the students into my world. As the teacher, I love having explosive energy, and a positive presence while teaching. It is up to me to set the tone for my students upon them entering into the class daily.
